These Terms and Conditions govern use of Archo.ai, including task, tracking, automation, and SMS alert features provided by Xpndbls LLC.

Use of Archo

Archo provides productivity, workflow, tracking, and automation tools. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, the automations they configure, and their use of connected devices and alerts.

SMS Program Terms

Archo tracking SMS alerts notify opted-in recipients when configured tracking events occur, such as a sensor event, button press, switch activation, empty shelf alert, help request, equipment status event, or operational support request. Message frequency varies depending on user-configured automations and device activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Recipients may reply STOP to cancel SMS messages and HELP for help. After STOP, the recipient may receive a confirmation message and then no further SMS alerts unless they opt in again.

User Responsibilities

Users must only enter phone numbers for recipients who have agreed to receive Archo tracking SMS alerts. Users must not configure messages that are unlawful, deceptive, harassing, marketing-oriented without proper consent, or unrelated to the approved use case.

Availability and Changes

Archo features may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, compliance, reliability, or product reasons.
