Archo SMS Opt-In Proof

Archo.ai is owned and operated by Xpndbls LLC.

Archo sends operational tracking SMS alerts only to recipients who have opted in to receive those alerts. The messages are triggered by customer-configured tracking rules in the Archo web app and are not used for marketing or promotional messaging.

To opt in, an Archo user opens Tracking > Alert rules, selects Send text message, enters the recipient mobile phone number, reviews the alert message, actively checks the SMS consent checkbox, and clicks Save SMS alert rule. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected.

Messages may be triggered by configured events such as sensor events, button presses, switch activations, empty shelf alerts, help requests, equipment status events, or site tracking alerts.

This is a non-submitting example of the consent language used when an SMS alert rule is configured in Archo. The consent checkbox is intentionally unchecked by default. Anything entered here stays in your browser and is not transmitted or saved.
