Archo SMS Opt-In Proof

Archo.ai is operated by Xpndbls LLC. Archo sends opt-in operational SMS alerts for customer-configured tracking automations.

End users opt in through the Archo web app at https://archo.ai. In Tracking > Alert rules, the user selects the Send text message action, enters the recipient mobile phone number, and actively checks a consent checkbox before saving the alert rule. The checkbox is not pre-selected.

Messages are sent only for customer-configured operational tracking events such as sensor events, button presses, switch activations, empty shelf alerts, help requests, or other alert rules configured in Archo.
