This Privacy Policy explains how Archo.ai, operated by Xpndbls LLC, collects, uses, and protects information related to the Archo web application and tracking automation alerts.

Information We Collect

We collect account information, workspace settings, task and tracking configuration, device and automation event data, and contact information that users choose to provide. When a user configures SMS alerts, we collect the configured recipient mobile phone number, message template, and consent information needed to operate those alerts.

AI Features

When you use AI features, OpenAI processes the prompts and instructions you submit and relevant profile and account identifiers (such as name, email address, and user ID), task content and activity history, workspace and persona settings, prior chat context, onboarding answers, and project-plan content that Archo sends to provide the requested feature. The exact context varies by feature.

Avoid including sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated information in AI prompts unless it is necessary for your request.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Archo features, authenticate users, operate tracking automations, send requested alerts, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support users. SMS phone numbers are used to send operational alerts requested by the user, such as notifications when a configured tracking button, sensor, switch, or alert rule is triggered.

SMS Alerts

Archo SMS alerts are opt-in operational messages. Message frequency varies based on the automations configured by the user and the activity of connected tracking devices. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Twilio processes recipient phone numbers and message content to deliver requested alerts. Archo stores the configured recipient and message template so users can view and edit the rule, along with consent evidence, delivery status, and limited message metadata needed to operate, audit, and support SMS delivery.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process SMS data only as needed to deliver and support the requested messages.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Archo, including cloud hosting, authentication, messaging delivery, analytics, support, and security providers. OpenAI acts as an AI service provider as described above, and Twilio acts as an SMS delivery provider as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Archo, or the public.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so users should use strong passwords and protect access to their accounts.
